There it is. You can make all the resolutions that are not kept, the depression at this time of year due to 1) lack of sunshine and 2) frustration with your shape. You can wear baggy clothes and explain away that the burrito from Chipolte doesn’t happen every week…but let’s find a better way.
A better way to have more energy, a body shape that pleases you, better health long-term…
It’s all here. Clean eating and exercise. Weight training and cardio builds muscle, extends your metabolism, builds bone density, makes you look fit and is FUN! You know these things are true. Let’s follow these ideals together. Bring a friend (like me on Facebook and send the blogs to your friends to help motivate them). Let’s generate ideas to keep it fresh together.

Breakfast-
1/3 cup egg whites, 2 asparagus, 1 cup organic spinach (73 cal)
whole wheat english muffin, piece of low fat laughing cow cheese (130 cal)
A.M. Snack-
small 1/2 acorn squash (46 cal)
cutie tangerine (35 cal)
Lunch-
5.5 oz.Orange Roughy (130 cal)
Salad- 1.5 cups spinach, 1/4 cup beets, 1 small tomato,1/8 cup butternut squash, fat free Caesar dressing (45 cal)
P.M. Snack-
1 whole wheat tortilla, 3 tbls hummus (240 cal)
Dinner-
whole wheat penne, with cherry tomato, garlic, brocolli florets, ricotta (200 cal)
5 oz Pork chop, grilled (210 cal)
1 cup wild rice (210 cal)
TOTAL CALORIES- 1519
